In Hawaii With Cheryl's Family

From 19 December 2000 to 7 January 2001, we were in Hawaii visiting Cheryl's family for the holidays. Unlike Mark's previous online journals (of his drive Clean Across America and Back and the MBCC Senior Choir's European Tour), we weren't rigid about posting a "report" every day--after all, we were on vacation! However, we certainly had a lot of photos and stories to share with our families and friends, which we posted at pages linked below.

• Tuesday 19 December 2000: Arrival, and Mark meets Cheryl's family for the first time.
• Wednesday 20 December 2000: Cheryl shows Mark around town, and we decorate the tree.
• Friday 22 December 2000: We drive to the North Shore.
• Sunday 24 December 2000: We visit Pearl Harbor, and Honolulu City Lights.
• Monday 25 December 2000: Christmas Day!
• Sunday 31 December 2000: We take a ride on a submarine, but before that...
• Monday 1 January 2001: Happy New Year!
• Wednesday 3 January 2001: We visit Punahou, Cheryl's high school, again.
• Lanikai, around the apartment where Mark stayed.
